Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Creatric (the “Service”), operated by Creatric, Inc. (“Creatric,” “we,” or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Creatric is a research tool for discovering and analyzing YouTube creators — search, profile analytics, estimated CPM ranges, and AI-generated fit summaries. It is a research-only product: it does not send outreach, manage campaigns, process creator payments, or provide CRM functionality. Creatric is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3. Plans, credits & billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through a third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Plans include a monthly allotment of credits used to unlock creator analytics. Credits and their behavior (including any rollover or expiry) are described at the point of purchase.
• Except where required by law, fees and used credits are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We may change pricing or plan features. Material changes apply from your next billing cycle, and we will give reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute, or build a competing dataset from the Service’s data or outputs;
• scrape, bulk-export, or access the Service by automated means except through features we provide;
• use the Service unlawfully, or in violation of any third-party platform’s terms (including YouTube’s); or
• interfere with, probe, or attempt to circumvent the security or access controls of the Service.

5. Data & third-party sources

Analytics, audience metrics, and estimated CPM ranges are derived from publicly available information and third-party APIs (including the YouTube Data API). They are estimates and illustrations, not guarantees of accuracy, performance, or outcomes, and should not be the sole basis for a business decision.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by Creatric and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the lists and notes you create; you grant us the rights needed to operate and provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any estimate will prove accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creatric will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Creatric, Inc. is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Specify the governing jurisdiction and venue with your counsel.)
